Columbus Street Inn is always "Waiting to Welcome You" with a freshly prepared gourmet breakfast each morning of your stay at our Fayette, AL bed & breakfast inn. Your first course will include a fruit dish and homemade muffin, sweet roll, or coffee cake. The main entree varies from day to day. Some favorites include baked apple pancakes with sausages and cheddar and chive scrambled eggs, Columbus Street Inn Sausage, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit Casseroles with homemade hashbrowns, and gruyere and proscuitto baked omelette with fresh tomato slices and homemade hash browns. You may even be treated to the Inn's Strawberry Almond Belgian Waffles, now featured in the Alabama Board of Tourism and Travel's brochure "100 Dishes to Eat in Alabama Before You Die!"
Cold cereals and milk are also available.
All breakfasts are served with freshly brewed coffee and juice.
If you have special dietary needs, please let the Inn know in advance so that preparations can be made to accommodate those needs.
