If you elect to stay in the historic Main House, you may choose between the "Fredericksburg Room" or the "Vicksburg Room."  Both rooms feature rustic walls and ceilings of unfinished boards reminiscent of the home's original construction.

The "Fredericksburg Room" is located in the front of the Main House.  Decorated in blue with mostly antique furnishings, it has a more masculine feel.  Highlighting this room is the wonderful fireplace with working gas logs and carved wooden mantle with mirror.  This room also has a sound machine to enhance your sleep.  Guests may take pleasure in sitting on the private front porch and catching glimpses of deer feeding just outside the north side of the house!

The "Vicksburg Room" is located in the middle of the Main House.  More on the feminine side with pastel accessories, guests will certainly take comfort in the antique iron bed. Other furnishings in this room are white wicker and antique pieces.  Ready for bed?  Don't worry about getting up to turn off the overhead light-it is conveniently controlled by remote control!
